The Problem
Condominium flat roof deck had systemic water saturation in the underlying fiberboard insulation due to severe ponding water.
Our Solution
Tore off failed membranes, installed a tapered insulation board system to establish a 1/4" drainage slope, and hot-air welded a premium 60-mil white TPO membrane.
The Results
Corrected all ponding water issues. Water now drains completely into scuppers within 4 hours of downpours. Backed by a 20-year manufacturer labor and material warranty.
