A 12,000 sq ft flat TPO warehouse roof was showing signs of chalking and seam separation, causing minor leaks across the facility floor and increasing cooling bills.
Our Solution
Power washed the roof surface, reinforced all perimeter seams with polyester fabric and sealant, and rolled out a high-solids white silicone coating system at 22 mils thickness.
The Results
Created a seamless, waterproof membrane that stopped all water entry and reflected 85% of UV rays. Reduced indoor temperatures by 12°F and saved the property owner an estimated $24,000 in tear-off costs.
